Hello this is a plea please could you send the fritter around this bit of the road from middlefield lane to the drive it is so scary to drive on when it is icy I had to go out this early this morning and when I came back I was doing 2MPH and as I come round on to the drive my car just slid and I nearly hit my neighbours car as they parcel at the top of sturgate walk it would take them less than 2 seconds just to drive it drive round to the drive then do a u turn and carry on please please please there is going to a serious accident soon if this doesn’t get the salt it would literally take 2 seconds I don’t normally beg but after this morning I am please please please please

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
