Old Fort on Honington Heath

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2830775.

Normally there is walking access frpm the public footpath to the permitted path that leads back down to the Ash Plantation. This has been blocked with a combination of large straw bales and an electric fence, preumably to extend grazing for sheep. The farmer should put fencing, gates and stiles across and not just block it at will
