Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2830852.

When the pavements were resurfaced several years ago I asked the operatives about The Twitchell. They told me they were to be included in the work. They were not resurfaced then, so when is the schedule due to be completed? Many thanks
