Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2830995.

Water is standing, and has been doing, for months across road here. Freezes in below 0 temperatures which makes driving hazardous. Drain is blocked and any further rainfall exacerbates the issue.

  • Water stood across corner, looks like drain blockage. Water washes across carriageway when vehicles go through it.
