Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2831322.

This whole road is a disgrace and has been for years. This is the most used road in Washingboruogh where the main shop, post office and chemist is. I don't understand why the condition of this road has been so bad for so long? It's virtually un-rideable on a push bike and very uncomfortable in any other vehicle.
