A158 approaching Scremby from Partney roundabout in the direction of Skegness.

Reported via desktop in the Sign (lit) category anonymously at 17:44, Saturday 25 January 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2831752.

The electronic sign which indicates whether drivers are exceeding the speed limit, or not, has been out of action for at least four years, registering just a flicker on the screen regardless of speed. When this was first reported, the response was that contractors would be asked to repair it. Nothing done all this time. In view of the excessive speeds which many travel at on this road, perhaps its repair should be a priority?
