On the highway outside No 3 Council Houses
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2832580.
The drain is completely blocked, after the slightest bit of rain the road floods. It then takes a day or more to drain away. Cars are driving through the village over the speed limit, straight through the water, throwing it all over my car. The drain is likely due to mud coming of tractors and vehicle driving through the village
