Vegetation left in carriageway after cutting. Will end up blocking drains

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833134.
Vegetation just cut back. Debris left in road. Sweep required as this is a hazard and will end up washed down the drains causing yet more blockages.

The vegetation protrudes the kerb by approx 18 inches, right in the cyclists line of use, if they were to slip on this or try to avoid it, perhaps into the path of a moving vehicle, it could be fatal, so I think this is a safety issue. Why it wasn't cleared up when cut back questions why half a job was done in the first place.
