Footway trip hazard. Previously repaired, short term repair did not last. Well used footway

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833138.

Trip hazard for pedestrians. Children cycle on this as well as the elderly. Permanent repair required not another bodge (2 times minimum it's been bodged)
