This has been an issue at least 2 years. This morning it was difficult to maintain traction driving up the hill due to wheels slipping on the ice from this water flow, traction control was working overtime just to maintain forward movement at well below the speed limit. I reported it over 1 year ago and got the response - slippery road temporary signs have been put out - reasonable for a short term response but not over 1 year. The amount of water is not huge but is a steady flow, surely something like a French drain down the left hand side of the road (left side as travelling up the hill) would solve the issue and re-direct the water into the field a bit further down the hill, before this causes an accident.
