Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833524.
Road leading to Pilgrim Fathers Memorial is absolutely covered in pot holes. This is a regular haunt for not only dog walkers but for those wishing to visit the memorial.

Hi,
I’ve checked the land registry but it’s not clear on who owns the road but it’s a public road as Scalp Road runs from Gaysfield Road. Which states it’s owned by LCC. Pilgrim memorial is also owned by BCC
