Light not working, I received a message to say it has been fixed but it has not been fixed. Many thanks

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that the light was recently attended to by our contractor and the photocell was reset. The photocell unit takes a few days to work out where it approximately believes midnight to be, then it will return to switch off around midnight until 6am independently. Thank you for reporting this matter.
