Elizabeth drive . No street Lights

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833642.

There are a few lights but they are not working . We live in a cul-de-sac and walking from the bottom to the top there are no working lights . We have some older people and disabled people and it is dangerous and scary in the pitch dark
