Public footpath junction with Wall's lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833865.
The junction of the public footpath with Wall's Lane is obstructed. There is barbed wire as well as electric fence with no gaps or gates for the public to use. Heading South on this footpath there are further obstructions with more barbed wire. The crossing over the drain is also completely blocked with overgrown thorns.

Hello,
Thanks for letting us know about this matter to do with this public right of way. Just so that you know, this is what’s classified as a ‘Priority 4 Path’ within our current Lincolnshire County Council policy. Because this path is a ‘4’ there’s no specific timescale for resolution of obstruction issues. What happens with this category of path is that all issues are investigated and the resolved at the same time, so when the path does have a workplan actioned then ALL issues outstanding are taken care of in one go. We’ll let you know when anything happens further on this matter but, for now, we won’t be carrying out any work at this site.
BUT! If any report made to us is a Health and Safety matter, then this will be dealt with in a timescale that’s appropriate.
