Sign not lit, reported before and you couldn’t find it and denied acknowledgement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2833932.

Another new sign installed and not working. Do you not test your installations? You also stated that your night person couldn't locate this sign and you have no record of it....concerning on both accounts
