Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Customer wishes to report crack in footpath and make a claim. 'I am a post office person and deliver the royal mail. My trolley wheels got stuck down a large crack in pavement, wheel got stuck as I pulled trolley to release it, I lost balance with the force I has to use to release the wheels. Trolley shot forward and the weight of the mail pinned my hand by the handle. Dislocating my finger and fracturing it at the same time.'
