At the entrance to the quarry
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2834288.
There is slick shiny mud all over the road extending from the quarry entrance in both directions for over half a mile. Are they not supposed to use wheel washes before leaving site? This is not only a sliding hazard in this wet weather it's also covering vehicles in thick mud.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the carriageway is stained but there is no physical mud, therefore this does not represent a hazard. Thank you for reporting this matter.
