Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2834497.

The slots hole road is suffering with major subsidence in a number of places. This is becoming Very dangerous. The road between Metheringham and Tanvats has been left to deteriorate over many years and will soon become unpassable. There's only one road in and one road out of Tanvats.
