The lorry has parked blocking the access to the Trinity Court sheltered housing flats the steps and slope at the rear of the truck are the only access for disabled and elderly residents of Trinity Court and residents have to go into the middle of the car park to gain access as there's no room for wheel chairs people with crutches etc . This truck frequently does this more than once a week
