• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We’re sending you this message to let you know that your comments have been noted. The defect is known to be considerably under intervention level and would not justify a return visit. The Carriage Way Repair Scheme programmed for 2025/26 will provide a longer lasting repair, with any interim repairs at this location carried out as and when required. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• You have repaired this fault since it was reported in February, so this response and accompanying comments are unnecessary. As to why your two previous repairs have failed prematurely is the question that needs answering. The public purse is not bottomless yet you squander our money away like it is.
