The owner of the farm has for some reason erected this barrier, even though LCC has put a steel fence up. Why has this obstruction been allowed to be erected. If you have a minor disability some people are going to struggle to get over the totally unnecessary obstacle. There have to my knowledge, never been any sheep or cows in the field, so why has the extra obstacle been put there .Are the Royal Marines relocating from Lympstone to Alford to do this assault course. ?
