• This, along with the others you've responded to this morning, have not been inspected. This is deep enough to require a repair, and has been for weeks.

• Since your 8.35am "No further action" response this morning, I was amazed to see it has actually been repaired? Do you have a certain quota of NFA responses you have to meet, and hope you can get away with fixing the same reports in the shadows? This is rather confusing, a human response to this query would be helpful.
