Reported via desktop in the Surface issue category anonymously at 14:43, Monday 24 February 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2835848.

Footpath used to be level and accessible all year round for many years with a well establish hard surface. End of last year the sugar beet harvest activity completely ruined it. Foot path has been heavily rutted with layer of silt left and the surface water doesn't drain away from surface. Several footpaths in this area get ploughed every year and don't get reinstated. This was one of the only footpaths you could use and now it's a mess.
