Pedestrian wheelchair and pushchair are force to walk into the rude as right if way public access footpath is constantly blocked.
Also attracting rats and vermin to the street please do something about this.

North Kesteven District Council is responsible for this issue. They are monitoring this location and undertaking ad-hoc site visits, they visited on 27.02.25 and the bins were not present on the footway outside no 16. Please continue to report issues to NKDC directly if bins are left out when it is not the normal collection days.

There are serval bins in the street. Please provide photo evidence to show you have got every resident to clear the path as per waste collection policys. You can't even get out of your car on side of the street
