Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2836560.
The verges on this road starting at the first bend and then carrying on to Hawthorpe and beyond towards the bridge A lot of the verges have collapsed due to traffic, Lorrieās etc. the road in several places is now dangerous for cyclists, walkers, horses, and cars, this is always an ongoing problem, but getting worse now.

We note the comment regarding damage to verges along this . This is a common problem on minor rural roads that are not of sufficient width for 2 vehicles to pass. During the winter months this often causes damage to the verges, which is mostly of a temporary nature, and they tend to recover naturally during the spring and summer. On our routine inspections we do identify areas of severe damage and we programme these repairs for the spring/summer when they have the best chance of a successful repair. Thank you for reporting this matter.
