  • One Network stated on the 1st June that permission had been granted to conduct roadworks to fix the broken path in South Street the 14th of July. On 1st July LCC published a temporary traffic regulation Order for Cross Street/South Street stating that Footway patch & reconstruction would take place between the 14/07/2025 - 17/07/2025. This does not appear to have happened but I now see that a large part of Gainsborough is having their footpaths repaired whilst Morton waits until hell freezes over for ours to be brought to a respectable standard. Please can you state why this job has not been completed.

  • The pavement has still not been repaired even though it was meant to start on the 14th of July. It is extremely dangerous for the elderly people who live here.
