Report in from attending maintenance crew that works have been abandoned due to highways overgrowth. LCC street lighting respectfully request the the overgrowth is please cleared asap as we need to return to complete our works.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

    Thanks for the works already undertaken however the attending lighting crew are still unable to lower the street light due to the overgrowth, can we respectfully request a further cut back to allow this column to be lowered further for maintenance works.
