Pavement outside bourne heritage centre

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2837639.

Collapsed pavement with opening to fast flowing stream below. Opening getting wider over time and is a hazard, especially for small kids in case of further collapse.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • This is unacceptable. This is a growing hazard as the whole is getting bigger and there is rushing water underneath. If this is not resolved I will raise a compliant with the council. It's wholly unacceptable for you to think a public highway can be left like this and in the event of an incident I would expect this to be regarded as negligence
