Previously reported and attended. However this was not properly rectified and has recurred - the drain ridge requires re-mortaring and the drain grids themselves either replacing or properly straightening in order to leave them level with surrounding brickwork

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we've carried out an inspection and the area is not within the Lincolnshire County Council liability zone. Possibly riperian ownership. Thank you for reporting this matter.

At what point did this change?Last time it was reported (September27 2023)you attended and made some attempt at a repair - there was no mention made then of riperian ownership. The poor state of repair is very obviously of the drain, which is part of the roadway, as previously indicated in the deeds.If you've now decided it's not the council's responsibility, could you please let me know whose responsibility it actually is, and who decided on the change?
