• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the road condition and we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this, but works will be undertaken once Network Rail approval is given and works can be programmed. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime.
