Corner of pump lane and main road
Reported via Android in the Bridge or Structure category anonymously at 18:49, Monday 10 March 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2837871.
There is a traffic mirror for people leaving the hill to main road, this is essential as it is a blind junction. The mirror is being hit constantly by Lorries and buses, the impact is lifting the pole and causing cracks in pavement, in the past LCC moved pole after an accident nearer to road which has made it worse. Opposite the sign is a grass bank that is falling into the road and making this dangerous corner more narrow, this needs clearing back but is not safe for residents to do because of speeding traffic and blind bend

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the post supporting the mirror is stable with no damage to the footpath and the grass bank opposite was found to be stable and causing no issues with the carriageway. Thank you for reporting this matter.
