Investigating
A15 in vicinity of railway bridge
Reported via desktop in the Other road surface issue category anonymously at 22:29, Tue 11 March 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2837997.
Recent road repairs have actually made the road surface far worse than it used to be. In this location Southbound, and another near Holdingham roundabout Northbound, the road has been repaired by putting down many small strips of new tarmac which are not properly level with the surrounding road level. This cumulatively has the effect of making the road surface incredibly poor to drive on, certainly worse than before it was repaired. It also unsettles vehicles in what is a braking area for the roundabout which poses a safety risk
