Overgrown tree on the verge. The tree is continously shedding small branches and leaves. It has a tendancy to hang low. Customer has requested it to be trimmed back

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because an officer has investigated and we are seeking specialist arboricultural advice and will arrange for any advised works once their assessment has been completed. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
