A17 Diversion through swineshead

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2838202.

Caller states there is currently a diversion for road works of the A17 through swineshead, there has been HGV's using the diversion down roads which isn't suitable for these vehicles. Multiple cars have been damaged. HGV's are mounting pavements due to lack of room on the roads.
