• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action as defined by intervention methods within our HIAMP. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report any individual defects to us and we will investigate further. The area will continue to be monitored as part of our routine inspections. • How much more deterioration can take place before Boultham Park Road is declared unsafe compared to other roads and 'standards' to be achieved and maintained?

  I reject your update. Your update suggests that no action at all will occur on this road. That is negligent, surely.

• HIAMP : you referred me to it. "Severe loss of chippings on carriageway surface" opposite Shammons garage. That surface needs curing.... only the County Council can do that work.
