  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we've inspected this gully/system within the past year and no defects were found. The system will be attended to again on the next cyclic cleanse which is due shortly. Thank you for reporting this matter.
