Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'Travelling down Tothby Lane / Tothby Close, both to/from, the poor quality of the road surface has led to tyre and suspension damage to my vehicle. The road is littered with potholes and much of the road is like driving on rubble. On this occasion, pothole damage caused a large bulge in one tyre and a gash in another. I have also had to replace split ball joint boots on both of the cars I own, and furthermore, I know also require tracking for the car with tyre damage.'
