Tree/hedge restricting available highway problem

Caller not very happy as he received a letter regarding some overgrown tree branches adj to Fen Road, Dorrington. He has contested this and was informed that a copy of the land registry plans would be sent to him both by email and by letter and so far he has received neither. yesterday he chased this up and was promised it would be sent but nothing has been received. Some of what he was saying to me was very hard to understand and he became increasingly impatient. Could the copy of the land registry plan be emailed ASAP please? His details were sent previously.

Also he mentioned that he has arranged for someone to lop the offending branches off the tree at his own epense.
