Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2839192.

Why are HGV's being diverted onto Barrier Bank at night due A16 closure when it was stated that the re-route was via Market Deeping and A15 NOT Barrier Bank. This road has a 71/2 ton weight limit and is not fit to take the amount of lorries using it, there is also a 30/40 speed limit which I am sorry to say is not observed. I live on Barrier Bank and the constant lorries all through the night is a nightmare. I await your response.
