Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2839365.
The ever lasting pavement works are ongoing and the road has been closed from every angle! I live in the blue dot and each road in has been closed. The guys doing the work told me to ignore the one into Jubilee Grove as that is not closed, yet it has a closure sign and the road is blocked. I followed the diversion road to Almond walk, that too is closed! The closures need rebooking at please.
