Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:02, Mon 24 March 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2839401.

At the Wardentree Lane end, close to the footbridge, builders have cut off access with a 8' fence. They claim to have LCC permision, but could not produce such. At the Spalding Road end a different builder has not repaired entrance steps in a safa manner. New steps + plus a handrail are required in order to allow safe use
