Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2839951.

You have been made aware of this before and it still hasn't been cleaned out, still. It has been like this for years. Even after light rainfall it backs up. It is not visible when water is surface level and could be a slip hazard. This, as well as others, must have been forgotten on the "annual cleanse" that you claim to do.
