Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2840477.

Manhole cover missing for 2 years, yellow board was put over the top 2 years ago to cover the hole but the manhole cover still hasn’t been replaced and the yellow cover is now damaged and posing a risk to public and animals

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.
