  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the bars of this gully are blocked with water borne debris - this is apparent from the customer photo. This is a sweeping issue and will be cleared by the next district council road sweep . There is no flooding issue at this location. We will not be sending our resources to clear it as it was cleared on 8th April 2025. Thank you for reporting this matter.
