Kerbside pothole, yellow lined area. Previously repaired by yourselves and the repair has disintegrated already.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

This has been repaired once. So it was obviously deemed in a state of disrepair then, your "repair" has disintegrated, and now you are claiming it doesn't need repairing? I hope a cyclist doesn't fall off due to this.
