Hi - I was here on Friday 04 April 2025 and found this footpath blocked by temporary fencing, presumably erected by the developers on the site. I can't see a temporary closure notice on the LCC website and there was no diversion signed - so I concluded that there is no permission to block this PROW. Please could you investigate? Thanks
