  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because there is no flooding at this location as other drains down hill are functioning as they should. We attempted to clear these drains in Feb 2025 and were unable to do so due to parked vehicles. As the other drains are clear we will not be revisiting the site as our resources are stretched. We are focusing them where we do have actual flooding issues. Thank you for reporting this matter.
