The white railing/barrier appears to have fallen off or been knocked off the posts possibly by a vehicle turning.

    It would appear that someone from Highways has put some temporary barriers across the bridge. But these have been knocked over, as can be seen from the attached pictures. Please can you let me know when the safety work to repair the bridge rail will be competed. Thanks.
