Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2841240.
The street lights outside of my house shine directly into my garden and my daughters room. Causing much annoyance to try sleep . Lack of privacy in my garden as it is fully lit up. Please can u request the 1 just outside is switched off. Thankyou
