When trying to cross the road from Tonino’s side the ‘Wait’ light on the box does not come on when the button is pressed. The lights do not change. This is a risk to pedestrians and vehicles. Its not working when a pedestrian needs it to and is changing when no pedestrians are present.
Children go back to school next Tuesday and many use that crossing to get to school or catch the bus to school. Please could the highways team be advised this is a heavily used crossing by pedestrians and needs investigating urgently. Thank you.
